Through the Pritzker Military Foundation, Lieutenant Colonel Jennifer N. Pritzker leads efforts to preserve military history and support those who serve, providing resources and services to active-duty personnel, veterans, and their families, while also funding nonprofits that safeguard American military heritage. In addition, through the TAWANI Foundation, she champions a wide range of causes including military awareness, arts and culture, health and wellness, environmental conservation, LGBTQ+ rights, and broader human rights initiatives.

The foundation has supported organizations such as the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Loyola University, the SETI Institute, the ACLU Foundation, the Williams Institute, and Tulane University. TAWANI Foundation has also contributed significantly to humanitarian relief in Ukraine—funding cold weather gear, GPS equipment, and aid through the Salvation Army—most notably with a major donation to Operation White Stork, enabling the delivery of medical kits and supplies. Lt. Colonel Pritzker personally traveled to Ukraine to assist in distributing aid, offering direct support to both civilians and military personnel.
